For urgent appointments like leaks and boiler breakdowns, we will aim to be with you the same day. During our busy periods, our friendly office team will do their very best to get you an appointment and keep you updated.

For larger projects, such as bathroom renovations, we aim for a 2–3 week lead time, ensuring a prompt and efficient service that many other companies may not offer. During busier periods, our friendly office team will promptly inform you of the next available slot, keeping you updated every step of the way.

For boiler replacements and repairs, we strive to provide prompt service to minimize any inconvenience. During busy periods, our friendly office team will keep you informed and promptly advise you of the next available appointment.

What is your Warranty policy?

All workmanship completed by Synergy Plumbing Services Ltd is covered by a 12-month warranty, providing you with confidence in our quality and craftsmanship. This warranty is separate from and does not affect the manufacturer’s warranty on any supplied products.

Do I have to pay for a quote?

All of our large projects come with a FREE of charge no obligation quotation. The home visit will be FREE of charge too. If in doubt, give our friendly office team a call and they will happily go through your needs with you.
